THE NESTHOUSE, SHIMOGA.
The NestHouse is a frill residence with a built-up of around 5,200 SFT which is designed functionally in a contemporary design language. The house has 4 bedrooms and a home theatre along with indoor and outdoor gardens. The exterior facade of the house has glass, metalwork and exposed concrete.
RAJ BHAVAN RESORT, KEMMANUGUNDI.
Furgonomics Architects is commissioned for the remodeling, renovation and interior design of the iconic "Raj Bhavan" a VIP guest house in a resort at Kemmanugundi, Karnataka for the government of Karnataka.
The place was once the summer palace of "Sri Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV"
MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT AT TARIKERE.
G.M Arcade at Tarikere, Karnataka is one of our ongoing projects with four floors and 42,000 SFT of built-up area and has residential and commercial spaces within the structure. The design for the external facade was derived from intersecting triangles. Engineered wooden panels used for external cladding along with exposed plaster and structural glass.
HOUSE-09, INTERIOR DESIGN.
Interior Design for this compact residence was evolved with simple geometry, shades of white, grey and brown, natural materials like wood, Italian marble, and natural stone. The Kitchen, dining and living spaces within the residence is kept open with minimum walls and partitions to give a sense of spaciousness to the house.
